Famously obsessed with the freshness of the produce, the two chef-owners rise with the birds to be the first ones at the farmers market. The menu, informed by their Michelin-starred background, will feature some of RARK’s signature dishes, including Pork Satay with Apple relish, Fried Duck with chili and bitter bean, Threadfin Bream with mangosteen and Thai herbs, Etc.
